what is the best talent tree choice for a tauren druid that is experienced at the game but still unsure answer only if u are sure

Depends, do you like DPS healing or casting? I'm a 53 NE Druid, but for a Tauren, I would definatly go Feral. You get a 5% increased stamina (extra 200 health for every 1000 you have) And the war stomp helps a lot. Tauren druids make great tanks. I'll post a link in a sec about the best setup.

although put 3 points in Survival of the Fittest. Then 5 points in Furor (Restoration talent) 5 points in naturalist (restoration, and increases damage by 10%) and 1 in Omen of Clarity. and if u got points after that go on Nature's Grasp in balance. This is for kitty or bear form.

Don't mean to be rude but 5% increased health is an extra 50 health for every 1000 health you have...not an extra 200.
