ok, I've been saving my copper and really ready for some armor investment since I always get my butt kicked in this darn dress.  What is the best for lvl 55 that will last me awhile.  I saw some magistr's (sp) that looked good

I dunno but about level 55 but I really liked the Netherweave set until 70.
It's more suited for locks tho. Anyway, it gives a really nice +23 spell damage set bonus not to mention the base spell damages is already high for its level. Also, if you're tired of getting killed, everyone knows stamina is the way to go which is all it gives.

Interestingly the lvl 63 items gives MORE spell damage than the two 70 epics.

Much lower stamina, but it is still very high for its level imo (i mean we ARE comparing to lvl 70 epic PvP).
No resilience is expected prior to 70 anyway so you probably won't find any gear with better resilience than these.

Mana isn't that important in most PvP. It's mainly stamina.
Absolutely no crit rating whatsoever though.
It has a lack of crit rating and mana, so you can probably see why it's suitable for affliction locks.

At any rate, you can compare this gear to your other gear at lvl 63 and I think you'll like it. Easy and cheap to buy aswell. Don't have to go searching for drops.
