Really I'm confused, first off theres the little Gnomes that have an Int bonus, thats helpful more MP and spell power if I'm not mistaken. Then there is Humans that have a Spirit bonus, if I'm not mistaken that increases the amount of MP gained ever 5 or 10seconds(can't remember if its 5 or 10). So i really have no idea which Racial is better overall.
Also if theres any Horde Race that are just so good it'd be a mistake to pick Alliance over that Race please tell me
Gnome... Highest intellect, a nice snare escape, and you can kill your enimies with the power of your squeaky voice. Just make sure not to get punted and you're good. Also, stay out of emberstorm battlegroup. I always go for gnomes there first >:D

i'd say human. they have ok int AND they won't get laughed at.

a gnome in lv 70 mage armor is luaghable...untill u fight them.

yea gnomes are the shiz there sooo tiny with mass DPS!
its funny just pwning huge tauren warriors then tea bagging them =]
I would say go Gnome:
1: Int boost awsome for all spec especially arcane
2: small stature awsome for hiding in terrian in pvp or hiding inside a tauren lol
3: escape bonds (or whatever it is called) is awsome for when you are running with the flag in WSG
wing clip, blink, they wing clip you again, escape bonds, wing clip again, trinket, wing clip blin again
HORDE MAGES ARE THE BEST ESPCIALLY BLOOD LEVES THEY HAVE HIGH RESISTANCE! BLOOD ELVES RULE GNOMES SUCK THEY WILL GET STAMPRED ON .... LOL
we may get stampred on by leves but we can spell. must be the int boost or your resistance to spelling.
