Which one do you think is better

I don't know if this is what you are asking... If you are asking which one will win vs the other in a duel/pvp environment. Shammy every single time (less hes out leveled by more than 4-5 levels or hes terrible at his class). You need to be more specific in your question :D

Normally I'd say someone was on crack for saying 'This class will pwn this class EVERYTIME'

But this one is about right. Shammies are the anti-caster.

Yeah, I am pretty flame retardant. Im pretty confident in my statement about the shammy vs mage fight though. Enhancement shammy might have a little difficulty with being frozen, but they can still LB/CL from there. Not to mention toughness will fix most of it for them.

in a 1v1 fight a shaman should dominate a mage they cant get any spells off if u purge ice shield and trinket frost nova and then when they use blink use GW to catch up quickly this combined with toughness makes there snare useless if all things go wrong use stormtrike and then earth shock this will kill them quickly
