I have a level 31 Forsaken rouge and I need suggestions on where to level. When I go to Hillsbrad I just get spawn ganked and I end up getting so mad I leave. Any suggestions would be nice.

Forsaken rogue?  Spawn ganked?  I'm assuming you mean undead and spawn ganked i'm not sure what you mean unless you're down in the castle where the dwarves are very condensed so to speak.  If you're 31 you should try Shimmering Flats (in Thousand Needles) and Stranglethorn Vale.  Just a little NorthEast of Lake Nazferiti or whatever it is is a camp that has quests to kill tigers, raptors, and panthers for a while.  Other than that I'd try Arathi Highlands.  The only thing I'd be cautious of is if you're on a PvP server Stranglethorn Vale is usually a good mixture of horde AND Alliance.

I have a Nelf Rogue and I started the STV quests... Those tigers etc quests are from Nesingwary's Expedition and you start off killing 10 young stv tiger, 10 young panthers and 10 stv raptors. it then goes to the mid then elder, and the last tiger quest is to kill a 37 called Sin'Dall.
I did Sin'Dall at 33, with my partner, who has a Nelf Druid.
It's definitely a good lvling area.
Another quest from Nesingwary's is the Green Hills of Stranglethorn quest, where you have to find pages of a book. They are drops from the Bloodscalps and from Kurzen's Compound.
If you can get the Rebel Camp quests, get them, you have to kill Kurzen and people in his compound.
I started there at 29, so I'd say it's a good levelling area for 30+. And because it's neutral, it can get quite amusing. I've had numerous Horde wave at me, even had one help a little, lol.
I've also heard the Desolace is a good levelling area for 30+ too.
Btw, I'm a 34 now.
Arathi Highlands has been good to me too, especially since I'm a Skinner/Miner.

i am atm a lvl 28 ud rogue I am in teredessal. I know i spelt it wrong. But after that I am heading to stv. Maybe go back to hillsbrad. I did almost all the quest there.

Hillsbrad is gank central man lol.
