Anyone got a macro for pick pocket and cheap shot. That works with the new patch. Mine (see below) picks the pocket then instantly attacks with cheap shot. SO i don't get the loot, GRRR!

/cast pick pocket
/stop cast (this could be slightly wrong i can't remember it off the top of my head)
/cast cheap shot

any help with this would be awesome!!!

it's not working because cheapshot enacts autoattack.  When you cheapshot a target you go into swinging away and when you attack you stop looting

Pickpocketing is exactly like looting except that the targets aren't dead.  So you reallyh can't do a pickpocket with anything but sap because it DOESN'T enact the autoattacking.  me, i just stuck pickpocket in my 1 key spot when i'm stealthed...super easy to pickpocket and then go on into the rest of your melee

if you really want a macro you can do

/castsequence reset=target pick pocket, cheap shot

the button will reflect what skill is up to be used and with the reset you can cycle through mobs ahead of you pick pocketing them all and then when you've got that done just press the button again on the one you wish to cheap shot.

btw, you probably already have, but enable auto-looting for your rogue to make the best use of pickpocketing.  Sure, you get a lot of junk but it's a hellova lot better than standing there for 3 or 4 seconds sifting through the junk with pats walking but pickin out the good stuff at the start of a fight.  ESPECIALLY when you've a group of people waiting for you to do your cc thing :P...'course if you're cc you're not cheapshotting you're sapping and with that you can use your macro slightly adjusted :P.

/cast Pick Pocket
/stopcasting
/cast Sap

it IS stopcasting but it's all one word (u were very close)

It's still nice to be enabling a button sequence so you can get your commands knocked down to a lesser amount and make your play style a lot more fluid.

I have that exact macro for Pick Pocket and the Cheap Shot - works great.  Just make sure to turn on Autoloot.
