You can't get 5/5 Flurry with 29 Fury... it's 31/30 that you're looking for. For PvP, I prefer not getting improved Slam because most opponents always move and even .5 sec is too long for a melee cast. A 31/30 spec is great for 2H weaps with a proc, since flurry helps in getting that proc by attacking more. What weapon you choose to spec in is your choice, but I like sword because sweeping strikes + cleave + sword spec = chance for 8 hits on two mobs (4 each) in one swing if you're lucky enough for sword spec to proc on all 4 hits from cleave + sweeping.
