    Wooot !!!
    Just got the plans last night from Enraged Air Spitir in SMV. It was around my 30th or 40th kill of the day in less than 30 mins of grinding in Netherwing pass close to the Altar of Shadows.
    Went home with plans and 2 primal airs !!! One happy Blacksmith hunter !!!
