Ok I am a level 69 lock and have been currently Getting the PvP Glad Gear

But what I would like to know is at 70 What gear should I be striving for to even enter Kara in hopes of getting better gear?

I guess you could do fine with the S1 gear.

Just try and stack more spelldamage if you can.

i hope your a tailor... if not it will be much harder for you to get good PvE gear.
you need to start doing heroics. many of them drop very nice gear. some exaltion with factions give you nice gear too. if your a tailor depending on your spec, focus on makeing shadows embrace or the spellfire set.
