talent points are self explanatory though.

training points for your pet are actually used at a pet trainer, which is usually a second trainer in almost every case standing next to the hunter trainer. as your pet levels, you can spend those points on certain skills like dash, prowl, claw, bite, poisons, etc. every time your pet levels, you'll see him get more training points that you can spend. if you're say, a level 60 hunter and you tame a new pet, he'll start with no training points. As he gains loyalty, then you'll see him geet big chunks of training points every level up to a loyalty of 6 which is the highest
