Only change I'd make would be switching the 10 points spent in improved hunter's mark and arcane shots to lethal shots and ranged weapon specialisation;)

I would change imp. mark and imp. concussive to lethal shots and ranged weapon specialization. Concussive barrage to barrage to boost multi shot damage. Remove imp. aspect of the hawk and get survivalist (and endurance training if I removed some points from other talents)
