I am approaching lockpicking 310 but my guild members are sending me boxes that require lockpicking 325. My skills window shows 310 as my current max. How do I get the extra 15 points?

Your skill increases as you lvl. Five points per lvl I believe(someone correct me if im wrong)

no you are correct. itas just like poisons everytime you level you get +5 I am curently 140lp and 140 poisons

Go and pickpocket lockedboxes from nagrand,or Skettis or SMV or Netherstorm.

This will definatly lvl you.
Pickpocketing is a pre-requisite for lockpicking.
Do it for yourself.

Buy a pair of Dark Leather Gloves and spam trade that you are opening boxes up to your skill level for free and you will get it in no time.
