Yes there is, Booty Bay is where he hides... Just go to the second ramp from when you stand at the docks (Not the one leading out, but there one after) Then walk all the way up, the first door when you are at the top (not that high as it sounds, but I suck at explaining stuff) then it is the first door on your right.
