Okay, so i wa looking at the revenger, and looking at shiv...
first off, poisons count as spells so you can stack spell damage to boost poison damage. Second off, the % bonus from talents gets applied last. Woot.
So stack as much Spell damage as you can, and DW the revenger (which also scales to 100% of your spell damage) and the proc should heal you for your spell damage + 150 every... letsee, 5% proc on two weapons, count in SnD, about every 10 seconds.
and with fast swords your shiv is only 42 energy atm.
Split your talents 30/31/0 to get poison and crit, and swords BF and adrenaline in the other pile, you have your new arena spec.
