hi im a lvl 21 blood elf rogue i was wondering whats better for lvling?combat tree for sword spec or sub spec for hemo and ghostly strike thanks

I have found that Hemo helps the raid but gimps you on the damage meters. Why? Because hemo increases damage for all sources. So everyone looks good. Well except got you.

Combat swords give much higher DPS for the rogue. Honestly all people seem to care about is where you came in on the damage meter at the end of the raid. After switching to combat swords I went from the middle to the 1st or 2nd on the dps meters.

Try both builds and see what works for you. :)
