Ok i noticed i cant make money for my life the most money i ever had was about 2gold but now my bro has 4 gold and is 3 lvls lower then me. here are my money making ways. I make lesser wands and sell them 3-5 silver cheaper than everyone else so i get more money than the others. I sell stuff ill never need and disenchant uncommons for the wands i can make greater magic wands now and can almost talior silk. so i could get new gear.witch then ill disenchant/sell my old gear. so i can yet again make wand and sell them. im not gonna sell my talioring amour right now due to its unawsomeness. anything im doin wrong here?
Now for my specs. I really didnt now you only had 61 spec points so i kinda ran my self off track but thankfully i wanna be fire/acrane spec so that means ill need to undo 3 talent points. Anywrong spec idea either? (NOTE: i wanna kill guys fast, and want to be a awsome pvper)
Well, I have a lv25 tailor/enchanter with about 20g and here's what I do;
I quest and keep all the greens I have until I go to a city. I then check how much each of them sell for, and their enchating level. If they sell particularly high, I'll auction them, and I'll also auction items that have enchanting (1).
(25)+ Items give the stuff I need, so I DE those. I then buy cloth cheap (or if it's pricy that day, I farm easy humanoids) and make equips, then enchant them so I can sell them for more on the AH and raise my enchant skill.
Also, I buy cheap (25)+ greens on the AH, and cheap equips. I can then DE some of it to enchant to rest and sell it for profit. Also, advertise to low levels, as they will pay more to enchant the equipment they have rather than buy stuff that already has enchants on it.
And, if you don't mind a little grinding, check out which mobs of your level have the highest drop rates for green items.

Drop the enchanting and get 2 gathering professions like skinning and mining or skinning and herbs, I had over 200g by 21 by doing it and could afford to pay other enchanters to enchant for me, also try not to keep undercutting in the AH it may seem like it makes sense but once everyone starts doing it everything becomes worthless. Briathorn on my server used to go for 15-20g a stack then everyone started undercutting and now its less than 5g a stack even though it sold well at 20g. Enchanting is the most expensive proffesion and if you do want to stick it out then yeah disenchant the stuff and sell the enchaning ingrediants as they are usually worth more.
If this is your main (first toon) then you made a mistake in not having at least one gathering profession IMO. And you shouldn't take enchanting on your first toon either, save that for an alt, or pick it up later on once you have alot of gold.

Itt will definatley help to be gathering and selling in the AH just remember if you see loads in for a set price thats usually what it sells for so i try to stick it in the same otherwise everything is worthless if everyone undercuts.
I am a lvl 23 mage with approximately 100g on this toon (only given 10g initially to help buy tailor materials). Currently I'm a miner/tailor. I mine copper and sell the bars in AH for about 2 - 4 gold a stack. Since I'm usually doing about 10 quests at any one time I usually have 2 full stacks of ore by the time I head back in to turn in quests. Roughly I make about 5 - 10 gold a day this way. I level tailoring by farming humanoids for linen and wool. I use this to create clothing for myself and/or sell the recipes on AH (Shadowskin Boots or whaever have a pretty good sale price).
I'd have to agree about not taking enchanting until later. You may like it now but 1. most people don't want low end enchants 2. most people want mongoose, fiery, icy, etc enchants which cost some bank to initially buy the recipe 3. it's an expensive profession.

You may want to look at selling stacks of copper ore over bars, usually go for more, because can be used by miners to level by smelting themselves, and by JC to prospect.
Well thanks and funny cuase it turns out my friend gonne help me (hes a lvl 70) make money not get money from him but ill still do the gathering for my alt
Hey i can tell you 1 thing i dont know what server you play on but if u play on Quel thalas i recomend you get fishing skills.. get it to 50 skill and you go in to WC next to XR and you start fish deviates uncooked theyr not mucxh worf so you have to get hmm think its 120 cooking and buy a recipe for 12g so you can cook deviates and then you fish like damn and cook them and you get 1g for 1 deviate i earned the most of my begining on that way. I recomend it
chillaz and amp ur enchanting skill, if things get really rough them just ask a guildie for money :P
