i cant find Iron or Silver enywere wtf HELP

Yes, silver is a rare spawn, but I found that thousand needles is a great spot for mining, especially if you're stuck on tin/iron.  Just take a run through the zone following the border of the area, and you'll come across iron and tin, some copper, and the occasional rare spawns of gold and silver, not to mention some mithril as well. 

I have found that the boulderfist cave area in arathi highlands is an excellent place for finding iron veins. It's west of the refuge point.

iron is all over in Arathi some in hillsbrad wetlands round the excavation site. And if and when you get to mith charred vale is small round area. Circle it a few times and get Mith Iron Silver Gold and occsionally Truesilver. But I do second the boulderfist area and drywhisker area in Arathi have a lot of iron.
