I have a full s3 vengefull/vindicator resto shaman.... n I'm thinking about respeccing.

I will probaly look at the top 3% arena teams for build ideas, but wanted ya'lls ideas too.
What I like:
For 1v1 pvp...
I can own most hunters, rogues, ret pallys,warriors. I have yet to meet a hunter or warrior I cant beat 1v1, rogues need to be well played and well geared or I lose, and ret pallys can be hard if they remember to heal, other pally spec depends on player and gear, I'd say its about 70/30
Priests seem like a never ending battle, so we usually avoid each other.
What I hate...
Locks are overpowered. It is the only class where you can suck a$$ and still pwn... I have a 70 lock and agree we're overpowerd. I have over 10k health and mana, and I still need to use the outfitter addon after I get to a certain mana/health point to change into a full shadow resist armor set. I may even need to drop a shadow prot potion. They cast faster than grounding totem and earth shock, and even with tremor totem pulsing every 3 secs (or 5?) they get a lot of dmg in with their 3 fears to kite with (fear, howl of terror, death coil).
For areanas, it sucks, even since the 2.4 patch. Most of the top tier teams do not have resto shamans on them ... maybe a few in 5v5s.Rogues have multiple stuns, coupled with 'lock's fear party and my s3 set is useless, cause I find it hard to actually get heals off. For those of you who don't do arenas, the opposing team ALWAYS focuses on the healer's first.... that 's me.... I get silenced from any priests, and dispelled, and feared if there are locks,and rogue stuns, and dead team goes down.
How did I get full s3s? I ran with my cousin who was a lock... so he did the fears and dots, I did some heals a few offensive spells, and we won alot.
Is there any spec that all around owns or are we as a class screwed? Enhance kicks arse, but they don't get their own gear and alot off enhance shammys wear drood or rogue leather.
Reply with suggestions on a good spec for owning in server 1v1 pvp as well as the bgs and arenas.
Please don't reply if you're on a normal server, have a 1500 team rating, and think its the same as a pvp server where environment pvp encounters occur often.
