Heyy im level 63 and i want a lvl 65 raptor from blades edge. Would i be able to charm him or am i too low? because i was told u had to be the level but my pet now was 43 when i charmed it. I was lvl 40 when i charmed it so he was 3 lvls higher. I dont wanna try and end up not being able to. Plz reply asap

you have to be same level as pet.
dunno how you tamed 43 when u were 40.
reason is your pet cant be higher than you otherwise wed have twinks with 70 pets
