I was wondering how honor points are actually gained during pvp BG

is it through killing blows or deaths or amount of damage?

Reason I"m asking is that for partial crowd control.. I cast seed of corruption to everyone thats within range ( before they notice what Im doing and come after me ).  Obviously it will not wipe them out  but it'll take a nice chunk of health off  them all if they all go off.  But will that yield me less honor points then killing blows ( so work on one player at a time for more honor? )

Well thats lame >:(

So when I dot the stupid rogue in PVP and he does that lil dash away run and stealth... but I see his/her health slowly depleting then dead.. I get screwed out of it?  grrr

And what happens if I cast SoC and it hit multiple people.. if I didn't technically cast anything or dot them or target them.. will there deaths count if they were within 40 yards?

You damaged them. So it counts.

Also if you heal someone that does other stuff, you get honor too.

If the distance is only 40 yards, Why do I see HK's even when I am in the graveyard waiting to rez??  I know I am much farther than 40 yard from the last attack, many times across the field.
