I agree that the actual implementation of the idea could be difficult, but it was only the idea in general that I wished to discuss at first.
Blizzard could likely make a base system like player 1 kills player 2 and player 2 is more than X levels lower than player 1, then player 1 loses x honor.
When the idea gets into groups and number of players in the groups then the actual application becomes more difficult.
But hey, they created a monster awesome online game they could likely figure this out also, but lets just discuss the idea not the IT side of it or heads may explode.
