I see some locks and been told to try and push over 11K health.

I have a lot of pvp gear with +stamina, but my health is only at 8K.  What gives?

hmm, don't mean to be nasty but if you have a lot of pvp gear and only 8k health then you need to get better pvp gear ^_^
i have very pve gear and have given up stats for green writing at every available opportunity and i have 9.5k
don't worry about it just keep doing BGs til you can buy all the gladiators stuff.

having had a look at your character it looks like your gear is very polarised. it's pvp purples or greens and the greens you have aren't doing much for you. a few have no stamina at all so a quick fix might be to just go and buy a couple of "...of stamina" pieces to go in those slots but if you don't want to be so extreme you could look for eagle or sorcerer pieces.
you have one ring that's a healing piece which does nothing for you at all and should be swapped out asap. no stam, only 11 dmg 'cause of the healing and mp5 is laughable for locks.
you could probably move a couple of talents in affliction. soul siphon and drain soul aren't gonna help in felguard pvp but the one you skipped, imp life tap, is very useful.
you've gemmed for damage and crit mostly. hardcore pvpers could advise you better here but i would go for some stam in the gems too and lose the spirit one entirely.
the points you save in afflction can be brought into devastation which will cover any losses from crit in your gems.

for the most part, keep getting more of the pvp gear and spend a few gold on some useful greens in the meantime.

ok igot over 11k you need the 5 in demo for +15% hp then get enchants 150hp to cest then its all about the gems on your gear and your rings and neck gear iwth doig this you have to be willing to give up some damage or mana but if our an aff lock then you have dark pack any way so it does not mater also look for a wand or staff with a good stam boost and any other enchants or armor kits will help to

In addition to what was already said about gear replacement and gems...

You should consider a 1H/off hand combination, in place of a two hander. Often you can get more stam and more spell damage, even if the weps dont look as 'cool'.

And dont forget the wand, extra stam available, even though you'll very rarely use that weapon.

Finally level that enchanting., lots of stam enchants around, not to mention spell damage.
