I am a level 40 Undead warrior. I cant find a mount vendor any where. Help please.

According to Allakhazam, you can get your undead horse from Brill in Tristfal Glades.

Not really sure I want another mounted horde person riding around though...lol

I would not be surprised if most new WoW and ultra sensitive no-brainer WoW players with the eyes that only stare straight ahead go to Allakhazam for help nowadays.  I mean, every three days or so, I see a "HOW DO I GET A MOUNT?" thread started up or "WHAT IS BETTER - A SHAMAN OR A MAGE?"  I mean seriously.  That's exactly like asking:

"HOW SHOULD I PLAY THE GAME I PAY FOR AND HAVE FUN?  ALSO, should I play the game at 3:00pm or 3:30pm?  Should I remap my movement keys to RDFG instead of WASD?  And, what if I skip Ragefire Chasm and never go into it?  What if I REALLY want to re-spec to Holy even though I am Retribution?  I want to buy a mount.  Should I?  In fact, I LOVE THE COLOUR ORANGE, but people are trying to force me to like purple!  I DON'T WANT TO USE PURPLE!  I WANT TO USE ORANGE!"

I mean seriously, I hope if I ever have kids, I will teach them well and at the very least, be able to look up information, just by oh I don't know...  Research?  A little?  I mean, if I'm hungry, I don't phone my dad and ask "Dad, I'm hungry, what should I do?"  No, I will either look IN MY HOUSE for food OR go out to the store and buy some OR go to a friend's place and munch out of his fridge.

Like for example, this thread starter as well as the one for the Human Mount posted very recently said they looked every where and could not find where and how much to get one for.

No.  You see, I type roughly 75 to 80 words per minute.  So typing up essays, lectures, and speeches take me very little time. 

Someone who I was scolding here once said to me that it's people like me that discourage new players from joining online communities.  WELL, if it's people like me who discourage you from enjoying your game, then you shouldn't even be living life at all if you CANNOT FOR THE LIFE OF YOU find out that VERY COMMON - "very" is very understated - VERY COMMON INFORMATION PERTAINING TO WHERE YOU CAN GET MOUNTS.

You know what is really damn funny? 

I was in Brill the other night standing next to the Undead Horse mount stable.  I was there with my alt and repairing my equipment when a level 45 Undead player ran up to me and asked "Do you know where I can get a mount?"

I blinked at him/her literally both in-game /blink and out of game [blinks].  Then I side stepped a bit, so my toon was right next to the Mount Trainer.  The player again asked "Umm, excuse me?  Where can I get a mount?"

Again, I side stepped a bit closer to the Mount Trainer and again, he asked me "@#$% Can you tell me where I can get a mount?!?!?"

This time, I actually walked to the other side of the Mount Trainer and sat down.  /sit

Before I logged off, I finally replied "Sorry, why don't you ask Velma here?"  As I logged out, I saw him say "People are no help these days!" and actually ran off! 

WOW.  Wow.  I mean wow.

don't feel to bad though gensing, in my line of work ( i program AI's for different companies) we also have a saying that has stuck with me for the last 7 years of my life, and Steve Polyak said it best

Madrushian: I don't get it at all.  Seriously.  When people say stuff like "I've looked every where" - it mind boggles.  WHERE THE HECK DID THEY GO TO LOOK FOR THEIR INFORMATION?!?!

I don't get it.  How could they NOT know that?  It's...  It's an EPIC FAIL.  I mean, when my party consisting of me a level 16 hunter, 27 Druid, 15 Druid, 15 Mage, 17 Warrior KEPT WIPING at RAGEFIRE CHASM, I wondered if that was Epic Failure.  Maybe it was...  No no no.  No, not when we have threads like these being created every few days.
