Well then a lot of people are gonna hate me even more, because the same two items dropped for me in my first Kara run.  I was given the rifle as the only hunter - no question - and won the roll for the shoulders too :D 

Winning a roll for a change and getting the gun was plenty enough though, I let a shammy have the shoulders.  Life is long, there is plenty of time for upgrades.
