im a level 47 rogue and my engineering is 75 should i use my time to level or to raise my engineering

if you are a miner also, bank all your mats as you get them, then spend an hour or so every level leveling engineering all at once, it will save you some time.

yea...i made the mistake of forgeting my mining...DONT NOT NEGLECT MINING!  it is a pain in the ass lvling it an w/o it u cannot get ur eng up...so if u just went into a new area where there is ore u CANNOT mine, go back to a lower place an mine till u can...trust me...i spent wkends to do this an im still tramatized

also if u want LEET epic goggles b4 u reach 70 i recommend lvling eng as much as u can per lvl...

To make things easy try leveling engineering and your character to lvl 300 and 58 respectively. That way when you hit lvl 58 you can go thru the Portal to get enginering trained in the Outlands.

Did you do mineing? If not no wonder you'll never get past lvl 90. (not to be gloating) My lvl 15 pally is at skill 150(my main got him the mats though)and he's stuck there for 5 more lvls. Also my blacksmith is stuck at lvln 111 and lvl 52 so i know how you feel

Nooooo,,  lol. Mining is only useful in the ore side of the recipies. When u get up there higher u will find urself buyin junk instead of makin it. It doesn't take a math genius to figure it's cheaper to just buy 2 fel iron casings at the auction for a few gold instead of wasting the ore that sells for so much more. Ore like, fel, adm, kl, are the big metals used for most recipies and requires more items the higher u get to 375. Yes you should have mining as a primary and eng as a second. But I am a jc and picked up eng later as a 70 and found out the hard way that either your a miner eng or you have one awesome farm that u can make cash from. So even if your a miner you should be selling your staks for gold and not wastin your gold building crud your just gonna have to auction anyways. Get a farm and go shopin..
