if you are tanking i would say take the points out of devotion aura and improved concentration aura. You need threat generation and ret aura is great threat with improved rightous fury, 90% extra threat with holy spells is a must.
If you want more armor, tougthness with give you more than devotion aura and still allow you to use ret aura.
Also max out holy shield, paladins are the best aoe tanks in the game and for aoe grinding you can take on 6 - 7 at a time. You should also take the points out of the holy tree and pick up shield specialization. You should block more damage in the first place not use a spell on a hour cd that uses all your mana. Lay on hands is a panic button, you shouldn't have to use it alot.
