Expertise was always a amazing PvE trait,
Tanks will need this alot, because if they can hit a bosses parry Percentage, with this on, they will never have to worry about those nasty instant attacks back at them when they get parried, No Spikage FTW Great for rogues, and any other melee class as well, VERY good
expect there to be about 1000000 comments about this item as it drops in the sunwell frow M'uru but i wanted to say FOURTH or fifth i dont remember

i hope u noticed sunwell drops lot s of pvp stuff-this is 1 of them i would personally use it as prot and arms
