Can a lvl 16 Rouge with the Buzzer Blade and Buzz Saw solo this guy

Final Edit i went and try the other day at 18 and i failed but he wasnt that hard but his guards were  i would have try'd to drop the 2 guards die then come back and kill him when hes alone but my friend just decided to help me so
