    Just tried to pick up quest from Adyria, so far unavailable.

    What I know:
    Quest is unavailable at unfriendly/scryes, neutral/aldor;
    Quest is unavailable at hostile/scryes, friendly/aldor

    Will post more as I advance through rep with aldor. Need to switch to scryes, it's amazing to me this has not been touched on yet, as far as when in rep status this quest becomes available.

      Bamm! got it.

      Ok you MUST choose a fraction first. If you have not taken a tour of the city yet (quest starts with old war vet) you have not chosen a side EVEN if you start earning rep with a faction. Once you take the tour at end of chain (3-4 steps) you'll be given a choice to either join aldor or scryers and instantly you'll be friendly with that fraction.

      only after you have chosen a side can you the take on quests that allow you to change fractions between the aldor or scryers.
