I have just created a guild for the purpose of helping other players and leveling them. However, this is the first guild i have ever created and i need to know how to change the bank options,i.e. access to bank vault. Also how to change rankings and set each rank to allow a certain amount of access.

Don't you need to 'buy' the bank vault first?
The settings can (AFAIK) be changed in the 'guild' window.
You can change the name or ranks, add and remove ranks, and adjust what each rank can do in terms of acces guild vault, invites, messages etc all from the Guild List tab...there should be an option there on the guild list tab where you can change all those settings...
i have already bought the first tab and i will check out the guild tab. tyvm
