You logically attack the one with the least survivability in relation to their influence first (be it a twink, or not).

Does a twinked-out Roots have more of an effect than a non-twinked Roots? Only very slightly. Same with all snares/CCs.

Is a twink harder to kill thant a non-twink? Certainly, very much so.

Certainly, ignoring someone who can't slow/snare/CC you may work, but is there really anybody who can't do any of those?

As I stated in another post, it is not that I totally ignore level 10s. But I know that they would be an easy target for my other teams members, so I ignore them in favour of stronger opponents. Unless of course they interfere with the active running of the flag. Then they're fair game.

What I object to is actively seeking level 10s in the field just because they're easy targets.

Some games are so unbalanced, that all you do in the end is "semi-camp" in the area just below the other team's GY, waiting for them to come down. Again, I do not target level 10s. Once they all refuse to come down, it is time to call it a day and run the last flag.
