If you're an engineer, you can build yourself an ultrasafe transporter to Gadgetzan, in Tanaris.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
For example, sometimes it transports you to Gadgetzan all right, but a 100 meters above the ground, so you'd better have your parachute cloak at the ready...

Sometimes, it gives you the Evil Twin buff, which does absolutely nothing apart from confusing the hell out of other people looking at it. (It actually puts a goatee on your face).
