so this isa holy heavy arena build, just wondering what other ppl think about, 23/38/0

It's better than a normal 23/38 PVE build, but you're missing some important talents, most notably improved mana burn, but there's plenty of other very good talents in the Disc Tree which I think you're over looking.

IMO, the primary purpose of a Priest PVP build shouldn't be DPS or Healing, but survivability, because you WILL get targetted early and often.
