    It seems that it got fixed in 2.4.2

    I noticed 1 being out of reach earlier, but it was moving vertically, so after waiting for about 20 seconds I was able to extract from it

    Less Windy Cloud spawns it seems though

      OMG yeah the spawn rate seems to be about 2 the entire zone at all ever... makes me want to crawl into a corner and CRY.

        lol... with epic flight i can farm at least 5 primals an hour, and thats on a bad day.

        After you do it a while you remember where they spawn. They are just like ore, they spawn in the same spots. Theres probably 30 different spots where they spawn.
