Hey I'm a gnome warlock and I was wondering what time is better to go to Outlands, 58 or 59 or 60? Any help is greatly apperciated :) Thanks in advance.

Definitely at level 58.
The sooner you start, the faster you'll level. Also the drops are way better in Outlands. Also, Outlands is like a different world. The sense of wonder when you first enter is something you'll remember for a long time.
I would have to say 60, if you go at 58 you'll be behind the powercurve. There are plenty of quests in Azeroth to get to 60 with. But if you feel that you've ran out of quests in Azeroth then you can go out to Outlands. All in all the choice is yours, that's one of the good things about WoW. You can always change your mind and do as you please, the sooner people realize this the better =).
Well, the alternatives would be to go to either Blasted Lands or Silithus.
Blasted Lands is the easiest of the two zones, and you'd be right next to the Dark Portal. Silithus is the natural progression from Un'Goro, but the quests are harder. In fact, some of them actually require you to be at least level 58+. So, why not go to Hellfire instead, I would ask. Also, you will find all the higher-level profession trainers there. Nevertheless, Liman01 has a point: you're the best person to decide based on our advice.
I'm sure I'm unusual, but I waited until 61. I had some fun quests to finish up in East Plague lands, and it was a great place to level my herbalism past 300. I also liked doing pvp and the AV quests. I did briefly go to Honor Hold at 59 to train for professions, but didn't come back until 61. I have no regrets, because I could mow down mobs quickly and as another poster mentioned "stay ahead of the power curve". Those high level items will still be waiting for you. Really, the lvl 70 items are the ultimate objective anyway.
I wanted to rush to 60, but now, I'm taking my time to 70 and managing reputation with factions.
58
noob jk even tho.. eh lol just go at 58 best time eva
58 definantly
Farm monsters there for a lot of exp and decent money, then you'll have a good understanding of monsters and your surrounding when you ding 60 Have fun ^_^ And watch out for the Fel Reaver!!!
It's cause Azeroth looked so boring.
Oh look! Felwood! So gloomy.... Hey it's Western Plaguelands! So gloomy again... OHH Eastern Plaguelands! Another dark and boring place. Winterspring just pissed me off for some reason...

I went there at 58 on my druid (well halfway through 58) and i got to lvl 60 in one day.
and i went to Zangarmarsh at 61 and people were saying 'oh you're gonna find it so hard to level up' bollocks did i! i was leaving that place at 64 then i finished terrokar forest at 65 then nagrand at 67 then when i got to Netherstorm i had one level to get. but on my hunter i'm gonna go at level 60 because i wanna see how different it is to level just 10 levels in ootland. oh and to the people saying you should go to the blasted lands....how many quests are there in the blasted lands? 1? EPL silithus and winterspring are the mint places to quest from 55 onwards.
personnaly id say it depends on class/spec as well
but .. you can always try it a bit then if you get killed too often return to azeroth ?
I might sound like a noob of a hunter but when i entered outland at 58, i got totaly pwned by the mobs there constantly... the aggro you get from them is quite high and most of the time they are close together, so what i did was: i went back to azeroth; leveled to 60 then went back to Hellfire and it was much easyer =)
i went as soon as i ding'd 58 as a feral druid. respeced to balance to give it a try, bought all new gear from the ah for int instead of agi,
never had a problem. although at 64 i was utterly sick of balance and went back to feral till 70. now im a resto druid. which is fantastic for getting invits to instances... but sucks for money making as dailies are incredibly hard compared to feral forms.
Went to Outlands as a 58 fury warrior. Had some problems at first with the mobs. All the aggro is a bit to get used to. The only advise I can give is to have a few potions, elixirs and some sharpening stones/weighstones on hand and repair often. It will be a little rough at first, but once you get better gear from quests and drops you should be fine. The xp and money is worth it.

I've leveled two different toons through outland. A lock, and a warrior. With my lock, i went to Outland the moment i hit 58, and it didnt seem so bad. Although with my warrior, upon hitting 58 and going to Outland, i found it a bit harder. Alot harder actually. So i went back to azoreth, and returned to Outland at 60. It was far easier then. All depends on your toon i suppose. Casters may have an easier time initially than melee fighters. But it'll all balance out upon reaching 60.
I went at 57 on my lock. I farmed the mine outside HH for xp and runecloth and then killed a few boars and skinned them. Didnt take long maybe 2hrs?
Go at 58, but don't stay. Do at least the very first quests that give you new weapons / chest / helm / legs. Then keep going until it slows down and feels frustrating.
Then do Plaguelands quests, particularly EPL. You will blow through them with the Outlands gear, and be ahead when you return to Outlands. Add Comment
