Anyone know if it shaes cooldown with Dabiri's Enigma, the defense and shield block trinket from the Netherstorm quest chain?

Just a side note it does NOT shae a cooldown with the charm of alacrity, the dodge trinket from the quest in Hellifre. You get it from "Screeming" Screed Luckeed, 49 74. Easy quest of killing the voidwalkers at around 45 84
