If you can afford it, buy them, put them in T4 or equivilent. The BoJ cost and AH cost of these is very small compared to the amount of money you can now grind since patch 2.4.0 through the dailies (<200g per day within 2 hours). So a day or twos work can buy you these beauties then you just need to find a gemcutter to do them for you. Personally I'd avoid getting gems with BoJs unless you have tonnes to spare since there are better more unique items that can only be obtained with BoJs.
