I can't quite grasp why people in MMO's 'need' in-game girlfriends and boyfriends.  What do in-game girlfriends and boyfriends do for you?  It's not like you can hold their hands while you fight Hogger or Curator - this isn't Robotech!  It's not like you can go home at the end of the day, and snuggle up next to a fire with eggnog and Brewmaster's Ale and whisper sweet nothings into each other's ears, while doing things that lead to an intimate physical exercise of sorts. 

no one will say anything.  I guarantee you you will not get even one response.  Oops, now you did.

You know at some forums, some people have the tendency to post "First" or "Second" into threads?  Those really irritate me.
