Ok I think im on the understanding that you can only hold 100 badges from the battlegrounds, but is this 100 in total or 100 from each BG. ie 100 WSG and 100 AB or 100 in total from both.
Also since im battlegrounding a lot with my lvl 29 hunter do you think i should buy the lvl70 epics now with my honour to use up the badges and have the stuff ready as I will eventually lvl to 70.

Yes I think you should.

I have maxed out on badges several times (I belong to a regular Premade).
Luckily, you can exchange them for Honour points nowadays.
Also you can buy yourself stuff like War mounts, Banners, Tabards, Insignias and the like, just for the hell of it.

However, if you're maxing out in HPs, you'd be better off buying your level 70 stuff, if you're planning to go that way.

Well you could but some items need AV and EoTS ones, you can enter AV at 51 and EoTS at 61 also HP are easyer to get a high lvls/

The Battlegrounds Quest Giver at Shattrath City gives a quest to hand in 1 mark of each battleground for honor points.  Mind you, you will need WSGx1, AVx1, ABx1, and EotSx1.
