Ginseng, Phantasy Star Online was good on the dreamcast when I was 15 and only had dial up lol.  Fun game but like I said it became boring quite quickly. 

Also when I was in Best Buy I saw the sequel to this game, it's called Phantasy Star Universe.  OMG it's absolute garabage!!!  Such a let down after having liked the first one. 

I'd recommend the first one if we could go back in time when people actually played the game, because you can't play it online without a group lol.  Other than that it's a waste of your time.

Ah okay.  I didn't know it was THAT old. 

As for Phantasy Star Universe, I'm glad you you told me that.  I've seen some pretty mixed reviews for that game and had considered getting it a few times, but I'm not much into grinding games for one.  Though I like the anime theme.  Ah well.  If only they made a MMO like Zelda or Dragon Warrior or Final Fantasy - the original top-down ones.
