I think it should have been like +34 Defense, and like +40 stamina. Or maybe just like +60 stamina.  Most of the BT/Hyjal level gear are exploding with Defense already, and it's expensive to keep stacking +15 stamina gems on everything you get. Just my 2 cents ... Q_Q
