score one for butterhead

I quit because the game was getting bored, like i said before. You see,I had just entered Zangamarsh,I got all the quests there and looked at the time.I had been playing WoW for around 4 hours straight.Thats when I realized that WoW was not very fun because when i finish all those quests what am i going to do?Probly go somewhere else to quest and get camped and ganked by a 70(I was a mage). Then I thought What am i going to do at 70?Go and raid a boss and try to get some armor that was going to be outdated soon.Plus,it would cost me more cash,real-life cash, and overall time.Thats when i look at my social life.My friends didnt come over like they used too,and my grades were still good but not the best.Thats when I decided to quit I sell all my stuff, say goodbye to all of my "friends" give all my cash to my RL friend and say in trade chat"Bye everybody"(I heard numerous replys going"Cya in a week").After a week of quitting WoW i felt lonely and started to see that in the time of playing WoW i was addicted(yes i admit it). Then i started to get my social life back.I joined airsoft and MY ENTIRE NEIGHBOORHOOD joined it to with me(even 5 and 6 year olds had at least a pistol). So now i just come on thottbot to look at this thread or coz's posts(yes i still remember you).I started WoW in summer last year and quit almost before summer started. My highest level character was a  62 fire mage(Icyfire
Thank you and have a good day.:)

Good stuff.  Do what it takes to get yourself in order.  That goes for anything.  If you go out to the club and binge drink til your liver dies on you, that is of course a big negative.  As with WoW, if you're spending too much time in the game, then quitting would be a positive.  If you decide to come back later, you will know how much to play and when to go out.  It's just how everything is in the world.
