easy.

resto druid in pvp gear toggling between my s3 healing mace + s1 OH and my mount hyjal pillar of ferocity while in bear form.

do as many dots as i can before going into bear (i did max rank insect swarm and max rank moonfire + a faerie fire) then just lacerated to 5 and maul auto attacked and re-did it all over again.

took me 6 minutes (according to my thorns and MOTW buff i did before i started). had no problems at all, i resisted most of his poison things and chain lightnings.

i had almost 18000 armor in bear with my pillar of ferocity staff (without +35 agi) so he hit me for about 85-175.

he hit me for about 1675 when a chain lightning landed.

the poison is worth dispelling if you're a druid and in some form (assuming bear or moonkin) cause it did more dmg than anything else.

i didn't use a health pot
i didn't use a mana pot
i didn't use innervate

dropped on 5\20\08 in the morning:
a ring (band of the hierophant)
a mace (bludstone hammer)

i am pve \ raid spec
i am specced for insect swarm (11\0\48)

i will be attempting to get the next rare in the arena
