The Quest is called "Clamlette Surprise" & is available from Dirge Quikcleave, he is located in the Inn at Gadgetzan.
Pre-bought the listed mats & went to find they are Wrong!!
you need:
12 x Giant Egg
10 x Zesty Clam Meat
