There is no such thing as a gun, bow, or crossbow for rogues, or warriors specifically. I don't care how much your DPS will increase through this weapon, Hunters should get this bow before anyone else simply because of its base DPS, which is hunter's main source of damage.
Melee classes don't use their ranged weapons hardly to deal major DPS like hunters, if your a rogue or warrior and you use your ranged weapon more than your melee weapon, you shouldn't be running kara.
To simplify, if your a melee class and want this bow, suggested you ask every hunter in the raid if he/she needs it, and if NO, and I mean NOOOO hunters need it, then the rogues and warriors can take their crack at rolling, although there are bows with much better bonus stats (which is what melee need in a ranged weapon because of its under use.) so you'd be better off getting an enchanter to dis-enchant it if it comes to that.
