The instructions given previously here are concise and accurate.

I had the box drop on the second kill and finished whole quest in less than half an hour.  Try doing it in quiet server times which is what i did, no aggro from other peeps and plenty of boxes to get quickly.  Combined with Motes and Shards makes it worthwile.
