Yes I've always wondered that too. It can proc. if you use slam, mortal strike, Cleave, or whirlwind. I've testing this myself. anything that will deal weapon damage has a chance to proc.

So yeah warriors, I'd have to say got kick ass with proc.'in

I suggest if any warrior that uses 2h maces go improved slam to repeatovly do their big ass 2h mace damage, THATS EVRY HALF SECOND!!!!
