Tried to solo him as a lvl 36 rogue.
Killed all his minions easily but stealth -> sap , wait for the main group to go away , kill the saped target , repeat.
As for Fozruk himself...epic failure.
Physical attacks are a bad idea.He resists Cheap Shot stuns and most probably Kidney Shot as well.
He resists poison most time and when you can finally apply it to him he resists about 70% of poison damage.
My best guess for rogues is Garrote -> Rupture -> Expose armor -> Repeat
