It is true: blacksmiths should be able to repair their own mail/plate armor. If we can make it, shouldnt we be able to fix it? I mean, what is some cloth merchant gonna know about metalworking? But, to make it fair, it would have a 10-30 minute cooldown and only work on one htem, but we still should have it! btw any typos are because im writing this on my Wii >.<
