    To save you both time and effort, remember this...

    THIS IS A CRAFTED ITEM!

    If a Paladin wants this, thats great.  If a Hunter wants this, thats fine.  If bloody a Mage decides he has a reason to craft this, it is his prerogative!

    So rather than start some fight about which class should have this item, go get your BS skill to 375 and craft the damn thing for yourself.
